Please keep refrigerated if instructed and check for any gas build up once a week by loosening the lid. Please do not forget about these products at the back of the fridge or in a cupboard.
We want you to have the maximum health benefits of active microbial activity, and so we do not pasteurise, or ferment for so long the microbes arrive dead. Unavoidably this comes with some risk.
Our wild garlic pesto is a bold and savoury pesto made using our fermented wild garlic paste for extra depth and a gentle tang. Rich, punchy and full of umami, it’s a vibrant twist on a classic — alive with flavour and made in small batches.
Stir through pasta, spoon over roasted vegetables, spread on toast or sandwiches, or finish grilled meats and fish with a generous dollop.
Raw, unpasteurised and full of natural fermentation.
Keep refrigerated and always use a clean utensil.
