We want you to have the maximum health benefits of active microbial activity, and so we do not pasteurise, or ferment for so long the microbes arrive dead. Unavoidably this comes with some risk.

Our Kkakdugi is a crunchy Korean-style kimchi made with crisp red radish and a rich, warming chilli paste. Naturally fermented and alive, it delivers a punchy balance of heat, sweetness and deep umami with a refreshing snap in every bite.

Spoon it over rice bowls, tuck into tacos, serve alongside grilled meats, add to fried eggs, or chop through mayo for an instant flavour-packed dip. Pairs beautifully with hoppy, citrus-led flavours.

Raw, unpasteurised and full of natural fermentation.

Keep refrigerated and always use a clean utensil.
