Please keep refrigerated if instructed and check for any gas build up once a week by loosening the lid. Please do not forget about these products at the back of the fridge or in a cupboard.
We want you to have the maximum health benefits of active microbial activity, and so we do not pasteurise, or ferment for so long the microbes arrive dead. Unavoidably this comes with some risk.
Our Fermented Wild Garlic Paste is bold and umami, with a gentle tang from natural fermentation that enhances its rich, garlicky depth. Made with foraged wild garlic and sea salt, it’s alive, punchy and packed with flavour.
Stir through pasta, melt into butter for steak or mushrooms, spoon into soups and stews, spread under roast chicken skin, or whisk into dressings and marinades for an instant flavour boost.
Raw, unpasteurised and full of natural fermentation.
Keep refrigerated and always use a clean utensil.
