We want you to have the maximum health benefits of active microbial activity, and so we do not pasteurise, or ferment for so long the microbes arrive dead. Unavoidably this comes with some risk.
Our lacto fermented chickpea and koji rice hummus is a rich, savoury hummus with a double ferment with a subtle sweetness and a light, tangy lift. The result is smooth, complex and incredibly moreish — a living hummus with real depth of flavour.
Spoon onto warm flatbreads, swirl through grain bowls, serve alongside roasted veg, or use as a base for dressings and dips.
Raw, unpasteurised and full of natural fermentation.
Keep refrigerated and always use a clean utensil.
