Our Beetroot & Mustard Sauerkraut is a vibrant twist on traditional kraut. Naturally fermented cabbage is combined with sweet, earthy beetroot and the gentle heat of mustard seeds to create a beautifully balanced ferment — tangy, slightly sweet, and softly spiced.

The beetroot gives it that deep ruby colour and subtle sweetness, while the mustard adds warmth and complexity without overpowering.

Spoon it alongside roast dinners, layer it into sandwiches, serve with sausages or grilled halloumi, or add a forkful to salads and grain bowls for a bright, punchy lift.

Raw, unpasteurised and full of natural fermentation.
