Disclaimer: although we make sure to ferment our products past the major gas production stages, this is still an active and live product. Please keep refrigerated if instructed and check for any gas build up once a week by loosening the lid. Please do not forget about these products at the back of the fridge or in a cupboard.
We want you to have the maximum health benefits of active microbial activity, and so we do not pasteurise, or ferment for so long the microbes arrive dead. Unavoidably this comes with some risk.

Limited edition items available only in subscription boxes.
Small batch, capped monthly release. Postage and delivery will be on the 13th of each month.
